Fall/Winter arrives just in time for Spring, with the usual suspects from the local fashion scene, including Gori de Palma and Txell Miras, getting reinforcements from international names like the London-based Japanese-Danish duo, Aminaka Wilmont, and a sprinkling of new (or at least unknown) talent.

The fashion prize went to the Japanese Seiko Taki. Appropriate that it went to a foreign designer, you might say, given that it has been the invitees from abroad that have been providing most of the show this week – collections by Canadian Markfast (formerly with Lanvin), the aforementioned Aminaka Wilmont and Swedish Pelican Avenue, and not least the international press. The spectacle preceding every show of where to sit the boys from Nylon mag was at times infinitely more interesting and original to watch than some of the designs.
