“Hetero-friendly”, Axel has been turning convention on its head since the two Julià brothers opened it back in 2004.

For all the high-end design and modern comforts, the sexual tension is evident from the moment you enter the lobby. Provided along with your room are an array of signs to hang off your door knob, including “Disturb, please.” Everyone’s game here, except for the staff. Shame.
