It’s been around for nearly a quarter century – almost as long as Madonna, to put it into perspective – and still packs the place. That kind of staying power can only be attributed to two things: constant reinvention or the ability to provide something with exceptionally broad appeal.

Otto, despite a recent refurb, really hasn’t changed much but remains a constant on the night club scene with two action-packed floors and a separate VIP section.
