An established stop on the ritualistic weekend bar crawl along María Cubí, and with good reason, this lounge/club combo’s recent, and much-needed, facelift has ironed out a few of the creases left by its upbeat crowd.

While the new gloss and good lighting adding a touch of sleekness, Universal’s masterful modus operandi remains: boogie downstairs, chill upstairs.
