People / Insider Tips / Miranda Mitchell
Miranda Mitchell knows a thing or two about discovering, embracing (and, when necessary, escaping) trends. But nothing can keep her away from Ibiza for long – in fact she even moved here for a while. So whether it’s the food, the people, the music or the sparkling seas, Ibiza has everything she loves – all on one island.
Miranda Mitchell's Top Tips
- Cap d’Es Falcó is the perfect sunset secret. The lounge bar overlooks a cliff top down the longest winding road over the salt flats – you think you’re going to end up driving into a ditch. But then paradise appears.
- Hidden in the north, La Paloma, with its fairy lit garden, is hard to find but feels like stepping into someone’s beautiful house – with fireside dining in winter snuggled amongst cosy cushions or al fresco and colourful in summer.
- Passion Juice Bar is run by my friend, the glamorous Lana. It’s a haven for healthy but delicious food and you can get a decent breakfast too – everything from handmade muesli and yoghurt to great buttermilk pancakes.
