The Culturist

London’s cultural highlights this July

We know, we know, June was a washout. So this month, we’re playing it safe and keeping indoors. For starters, we’ve got a blockbuster exhibition at the Tate and a sultry new cocktail bar to check out. Food wise, it’s the 4th of July, so cheddar grits and pickle backs are on the menu. Or, stick to posh kebabs and sandwiches. And if you want to party, we’ve picked our favourite nights in London AND Ibiza (if you’re after sunnier climes). Enjoy!

This summer, we’re making like the Milanese and spending our evenings on the Aperol Spritz Terrazza in Smithfield. Aside from being an ideal spot for an after-work spritz, throughout the summer, Aperol Spritz is hosting a series of free after-work events on the Terrazza. On July 5th Dalston’s screen printing gurus, Print Club London, will be hosting ‘Cocktails and Wall Art’. Aside from creating prints, with designs inspired by the original Aperol Spritz advertising from the 1920’s, there will be complimentary flowing Aperol Spritzes and small plates throughout the event. Saluti!
