EAT:DANCE:
Adam Rawson’s #RawmenAndrew Weatherall at The Colombian

After he was crowned chef of the year at the YBF’s two years ago, Adam Rawson’s pop ups (Sakura) have been seriously on our radar. He’s back this April with #Rawmen, a pop-up ramen bar at Brewery Below, with three courses for £25 (including karaage, a choice of 18-hour pork broth or veggie ramen and milk cheesecake), alongside sake cocktails from Borough Wines. If you haven’t had a chance to try out The Colombian – the new venue from the team behind Corsica Studios – this weekend’s your chance. In contrast to its big brother, the Colombian has a capacity of 300, which makes for a more intimate dance party. This Saturday Andrew Weatherall and Baris K go b2b all night.

TRY:EAT:
Breddos Tacos x Som SaaBrunch at Sager + Wilde

It’s time for a TacOver! This Sunday Breddos are teaming up with Som Saa and and Anglo-Thai’s John Chantarasak for a Mexi-Thai BBQ from 12 noon ‘til late. Red curry short rib tacos, salt-crusted habanero sea bass and scallop and coriander tostadas are all on the menu, alongside drinks like Singha slushies and mezcal margs. Under the watchful eye of new head chef Chris Leach (Kitty Fisher’s, Pitt Cue), Sager + Wilde have just revamped their brunch menu. Just like the dinner menu, it’s a meat lover’s dream, making the most of Leach’s signature wood-smoked cooking style. We’re angling for the fennel and chilli sausage bun, blood cake and fried egg, and duck leg hash, with an earl grey martini to perk us up.
