Don’t even try going for the healthy option here, even the salad has fried chicken on it. Bradley Zero and co return to Peckham’s Bussey Building after a stint at Corsica Studios. GO:SEE:
Love Happens Here ExhibitionThe Tempest at the Barbican

Carry on the Pride celebrations this weekend with a trip to the specially-curated Love Happens Here exhibition, which documents the 50th anniversary of decriminalisation of homosexuality in the UK. From photographs of early Pride marches to Reggie Blennerhassett’s shots from inside the Lesbian and Gay Centre, it’s one not to be missed. In need of a culture injection? You know a performance of one of the Bard’s most iconic plays at the Barbican is going to be good, so get booking because this one’s going to be busy. The Royal Shakespeare Company have teamed up with Intel to create a bold reimagining of Prospero’s tale, more suited to younger audiences.

GO:SHOP:
Citadel FestivalW.A Green

Bonobo live, classes by Frame and food by Bubbledogs all in one festival? #UJLoves. If there’s one way to banish the Monday dread, it’s a Sunday daytime party, and Citadel is just that. Other lineup highlights include Sylvan Esso, Wild Beasts and Laura Marling; it’s going to be a chilled Sunday. Move over Goodhood, there’s a new lifestyle shop in Shoreditch for us to rifle through on the weekend. W.A Green stocks some of the most Instagrammable pieces we’ve seen, from Group Partner’s tongue-in-cheek pots to Bella Freud’s catchy slogans via Keith Haring. Go, your feed will thank us.
