Neon Revolution

Throw those seedy red light district associations out the window and jump on the bandwagon - just take a look at Stella McCartney's storefront and Bergdorf Goodman's window display, all courtesy of Matt Dilling of Brooklyn-based studio Lite Brite Neon.
Available for the first time in the UK as a retail line is a collection of custom light fixtures including floor lamps and wall sconces by Dilling himself. Simple yet stunning pieces that make a statement - we're crazy about the chandeliers. No more tacky cruise ship-type giant tiers dripping with crystals. The light emitted is warm and illuminating, and is said to have similar characteristics to sunshine, so it's a lot more than a just showpiece.
Neon is back, and these lights are an überglamorous spin on an outdated (or so we thought!) medium, if we ever saw one. Price ranges from £1500 to £2950.
