To celebrate the launch of their limited edition JK15 sunglasses Oakley is offering you the chance to win a VIP trip to see Jamiroquai at the Rock in Rio music festival in Madrid

General
These terms and conditions together with any specific rules set out in Competition Notices (as defined below) are the Competition Rules ("Rules") and apply to competitions included on the Oakley UK microsite ("Competition"), unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
The competition is organized by Oakley (UK) Ltd, Icon House, Icknield Way, Letchworth, Herts SG6 1GD.
Oakley UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the competition, the decision of Oakley UK shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
The competition is governed by UK law.

Entrants
Oakley UK's employees or members of their immediate family or agents of any company employed or contracted by Oakley UK are not eligible to enter the competition.
Oakley UK reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
The competition is only open to residents of the UK.

Competition Entries

Only one entry per person per competition is permitted.
Closing date for all entries is 23.59pm on June 30th 2008.
Prize winners will be chosen at random and notified within 24 hours of closing date.  
Acceptance of prize gives the right to use the prize winner's name for promotional purposes.

Prizes
Prize = 2 x VIP tickets to see Jamiroquai at the Rock in Rio music festival in Madrid, return flights, transfers and 1 x night bed & breakfast stay at a 5* hotel in Madrid. In addition, one pair of Oakley JK15 sunglasses.
Tickets will be couriered to a UK address only – Oakley will contact winners before confirming travel arrangements.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Data Protection
Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without individual prior consent.

Liability
Oakley UK cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
