Martina McHowat, Deputy Editor:
For Autumn/Winter I’m looking for beautifully structured, effortless neutrals to layer up for work, and a few glitzy options for the party circuit. I completely fell in love with the black wool cocoon coat by a classic American designer, and the precise pleat on the mushroom strapless number's bustier top by Milan’s sexiest catwalk stalwart. I’ll be bagging the gold column dress by my favourite Italian designers for Christmas cocktails.
Taryn Ross, Editor-in-Chief
This season I almost thought I could pare it down. I was feeling greys and luxurious camels (I want to be the girl in the Chloé ad, kind of), until I walked into TK Maxx, where I was back to visions of disco dancing in LA, poolside swanning in Miami, and finca looks in Ibiza. The yellow leopard print has my name all over it, and the orange strapless number is my perfect combo- structured tailoring and bold colour. Guess minimalism was pretty short lived for me!
Men's Picks
And guys - for once you can get up off the shopping floor sofa and join in too. We spied Italian designer blazers in work-appropro black and after-party perfect metallics, chunky ski knits for that well-deserved bonus break, the most covetable camel overcoat by an American design classic, weekend leathers, and the odd high-top for urban daddys out on the town. We'd date you.
