Something of a rarity, Addie is, for better or worse, a born and bred Londoner. He's earned a living as everything from a photographer's assistant to a martial arts instructor, but it's the decade of professional drinking that has provided him with a seasoned palate, trained kidneys, a font of anecdotes, and the experience to write extensively about life after dark.
He has contributed to various publications, including Mr and Mrs Smith, Time Out, DRINK and The Catholic Herald (with just a soupcon of irony).
