In addition to writing our fortnightly food and recipe column, Jennifer Klinec also runs Eat Drink Talk, which has taught privately-organized group cooking classes as well as classes open to the public since 2006.
The themes for her classes reflect Jennifer’s broad experience studying with food specialists from around the world including in Mexico, Japan, Australia, Italy, France, Morocco, Thailand, and at the prestigious Sichuan Institute of Higher Cuisine in China.
A prolific writer she also contributes to several publications and websites, has spoken on BBC radio and advised a number of food companies on consumer food trends.
Her free bi-weekly newsletter ‘Yum!’ has built up a huge following with food-lovers and home cooks in the UK and abroad as one of the best recipe newsletters around.
