After falling in love with a Chateauneuf-du-Pape at university, a chance encounter with the Sandeman family after running with the bulls in Pamplona resulted in a job building clients’ fine wine portfolios and hosting Tasting events in Notting Hill. A sabbatical in Florence and a stint as an Italian wine importer and vineyard tours host somehow led to the foundation of WineChap in 2009. Writing includes restaurant and wine columns for More Intelligent Life, B Beyond, Haidu and Vintage Seekers.
