It’s been a while since we saw a good new opening out in SW4, but Minnow, which opened its doors in late July, looks to be serving exactly the type of summer food we want to be eating. Think light, fresh, modern European plates: we’re angling for the citrus-marinated raw salmon, chargrilled baby octopus with sour green mango and the baby aubergines with peanuts.
