The Cheese Truck becomes The Cheese Bar! Known for their top grilled cheese toasties, they’re setting up tent permanently in Camden Stables Market. For three years, they sold their sandwiches out of an old ice-cream van but they’re bringing their classics (Cropwell Bishop Stilton with bacon and pear chutney) and some new ones (Breakfast Poutine with bacon gravy and candied pancetta) to their spot. With more than 30 cheeses to choose from, you can’t go wrong.
