Open from 30 June – 10 July, Ruinart’s one bedroom pop-up hotel is now open for booking. Designed in collaboration with creative director Tom Kingston, Hotel 1729 is named after the year Maison Ruinart was founded, and sets out to provide a sensory insight into the world of Ruinart. Guests will be hosted by Ruinart Maître d’Hospitalité Olivier Livoir, who will be giving guided champagne tastings, alongside experimental Danish chef Bo Lindegaard. Stays are one night only, including Ruinart Champagne and a dining experience, (plus breakfast) and you are able to invite four guests to join you for the evening.
