It’s wood outside and wood inside from Kurt Zdesar (founder of Chotto Matte and director of Nobu). Aside from pastas and pizzas, the real draw card is its wood-fired pit that roasts suckling pig, lamb and boar and large joints of meat. Plus, everything is made in house, from the bread, pastries, pasta and gelato to the home-cured charcuterie. Impressive.
