The Disappearing Dining Club’s new open-ended pop-up seats just 16, with Swedish head chef Fred Bolin favouring classic French cooking with Scandinavian techniques for his concise nine item menu. Pan-fried sea bream fillet with saffron aioli and and Eton mess have already caught our eye, and while the location is unfindable, with no hope of passing trade, Little Quiet sounds like it’s worth the hunt.
