Located in the city’s creative metropolis of Shoreditch, Rivington Place is the first new permanent public building devoted to the education of culturally diverse visual arts and photography in the UK since the Hayward opened in 1968. Designed by award winning architect David Adjaye OBE and with £8m behind it, its two project spaces explore global viewpoints through contemporary art exhibitions, talks and film screenings, alongside an appropriately incredible library and a cute café.
