On March 7th, chef Phil Howard from Michelin-starred Elystan Street and his team are taking over the kitchen at Chucs Serpentine, serving guests a four-course menu showcasing the Elystan ethos – think vibrant flavours and a seasonal menu that utilises a French style of cooking, to present British and Italian ingredients in a contemporary way. Menu highlights include a hand cooked pasta course (strozzapretti with truffles and parmesean) and mains such as octopus with chilli hummus, sweet fennel and blood orange, and aged Cumbrian beef with wild mushrooms and potato galettes.
