When exactly did karaoke become cool? Sure there's Soho's Lucky Voice, oh, and that little Japanese Place on Artillery Row in East London. But when did it become seriously cool? And yet, when Farringdon's Karaoke Box threw an event together with Versus Cancer, and crammed the space with more models, hipsters, and bands than you can shake a champagne-quaffing stick at, it's hard to debate the cool-factor. Agyness Dean and Ali Love belting out the rock karaoke classics? What's next: Gisele Bundchen bingo?
