Yes, we know, it’s less than two months to Christmas and if the impending Oxford Street lights switch-on wasn’t enough to remind us, then the never-ending flyering of gym discounts and bikram Yoga sessions certainly do. It seems like everybody’s upping the fitness ante, whether they’re training for marathons or enrolling at a new pilates class, so if you feel like you’re lagging we hope this UJ pumped-up mix will give you a little energetic inspiration in the lead up to the New Year.
