Track of the Week - Justice

Justice "DVNO" [Ed Banger]

Daddy's away, so this week his three-year old son Atom Perfect has picked the track of the week. "It's the best."

DVNO, four capital letters, printed in gold! MTV EMAs, the Grammys, the NME Awards, Les Victoires de la Musique - just some of the top awards ceremonies worldwide that Parisian electro princes Justice (aka Xavier de Rosnay & Gaspard Auge) have been honoured at with a spread of nominations and wins.

This third killer single from their critically-acclaimed debut album, the divinely titled "DVNO" is already a firm live favourite with their growing army of fans; from fluo-clad blog kids to antique metalheads and everyone in between. Featuring the perfect disco falsetto from Scenario Rock's Mehdi Pinson (another familiar face on the Paris scene) this is a dancefloor filler for them all; 'for the young and old, ugly girls and boys... D-V-N-O" 'It stands for "Divino",' reveals de Rosnay. 'In every suburb of the world, in every city, there's always a nightclub called El Divino... Clubs where you have to wear a white shirt to get in.' And it's this cocksure club attitude - slick, suited and zipped up in an expensive leather jacket - that "DVNO" drips with.
