Boxing Clever
Boxing style

When I was little, everyone went to school carrying a lunchbox. It was a major school accessory and the colour, style and cartoon character or superhero emblazoned on the front would all be selected with the greatest care. If you were lucky, your mom would get you a matching thermos flask and fill it with hot soup or leftover stew which you proudly ate at lunch while everyone else ate soggy Wonderbread sandwiches.

Even now, I think bringing your own lunch to work is a great way to inject a little love into your day. There is a company called J-List selling the coolest bento lunchbox containers around and a quick visit to the London Parks and Gardens Trust website will help you find an undiscovered garden square or green space to spend your lunch break in.

The following lunchbox recipes are all quick and easy to make and taste even better after a few hours.
