When it comes to hot weather food, ceviche is top of our list. And when it comes to ceviche, Martin Morales’ Andina is top of the list too. The UJ fave has expanded west with new opening Andina Picanteria (plus a bakery to boot) and we’re looking forward to trying out their sivinche – “an ancient take on ceviche, made with yellowfin tuna, trout roe and popped kiwicha”.
By Chloe Tower Bridge
We loved By Chloe’s first opening in Covent Garden, and when we want a fix of something faux healthy in the sunshine, we’ll be heading to their new Tower Bridge location to try out the weekend brunch. We’ll take The Sunrise: scrambled tofu, seitan chorizo, black bean salsa, and tofu crèma.

Mare Street Market
When it comes to summer vibes, Mare Street Market has got it down, but their Open Kitchen has got sunshine eating down too. Take a seat at one of their communal tables and try their tuna poké with brown rice, wood-fired avocado and rotisserie pineapple, washed down with a clover club cocktail.

If you’re after fresh, vegetable-focused plates, try out the Ottolenghi pack’s new addition: ROVI. Try their take-away salad counter for lunch, or head there in the evening for Tropea onions with whipped feta and green gazpacho, celeriac shawarma, and runner beans with peach, goat’s cheese and smoked almonds.
Andrew Clarke and Jackson Boxer’s St Leonards combines an ice bar and a fire hearth to produce fresh plates of raw and cured seafood (we’re still thinking about their dressed oysters), chargrilled seasonal veg, and a 200-strong wine list.
