Like flowers? Love sushi? To celebrate spring/summer, SUSHISAMBA have partnered with Fleurs de Villes (bespoke flowers for events) and Ricky Jackson (florist) to bring the springtime in. Highlights include a sushi bar floral installation and a custom five dish In Bloom menu, which incorporates an artistic element into each dish; flowers in the Umi no Hana (spicy crab, salmon, shrimp, avocado, edible flowers, squid ink, tapioca crisps) and gold in the Sashimi Hanataba (tuna, salmon, yellowtail, seabass, butterfish, gold). The menu is only available until June 5, so get in quick! A Friday afternoon spent basking in the sunshine in this light filled dining room is a definitely a Friday well spent.
