Four Seasons Yew Bar
Renovated and raring to go.
The Four Seasons in Vancouver re-opened early '09 after a massive (and rather necessary) two year, $20m renovation. But now that it's back, everyone can relax. The crowd is as metropolitan as you'd expect in a classy hotel bar, presenting a good blend of tourists, business visitors and post-work locals, reflecting just how perfect the slatted dark wood décor and huge leather sofas are for an evening whisky or classic cocktail.
Top Tip / UJ Loves: Great gazing from the bar, lounge and table seating, as well as the occasional star sightings.
