So the super clubs we were promised all seem pretty lacklustre, the ordinaries would have to pay you to grace their grubby doors, and the local houses far too many ghosts from the past.

So where's an unabashed moving shaking airkissing climbing sybarite to schmooze these days?

Step forward the new tier of members' establishments that we actually want to join.

First and foremost the honourable Nick Jones brings us two new locations, both East (top of the T Building) and West (W4, stomping ground of investors, Ant & Dec) each sporting the requisite cinema, pool and V-VIP status. With Babington, Chiswick, Shoreditch, The Electric and good old Soho to choose between (and that's just in the UK), the new and expanded House fold presents a kind of decision-making for the indecisive.

Bungalow Six, the sister of NY's legendary Eight will get the city's fash pack all in a frenzy (end of year launch), and we really shouldn't, but we can't quite resist, timeshare apartments in Miami's Casa Casuarina, the infamous Versace mansion turned elite hotel and private club.

And, with fingerprint entry soon to be unveiled at a club in the City, we're saying bye bye guestlist, hello platinum, baby.
