We all have nights when all we want is to be sat in a comfy armchair in
front of the telly with something tasty within easy reach. With one of television's guiltiest pleasures, the Eurovision Song Contest coming up on May 12th, it seems the perfect time to include some of my favourite recipes to enjoy along with some quality downtime in front of the box.
The following recipes are very simple to make and involve limited time standing at the hob, giving you more time to focus on more important activities like channel-surfing or cheering along this year's sequined and perma-tanned Eurovision entries with shouts of 'nul-points'.
