Right On Cue

Every few months here at Eat Drink Talk (www.eatdrinktalk.co.uk) we hold a cooking class for men only.
It gives a group of guys the chance to relax, drink beer, talk about sports, and by the end of the evening - eat some delicious things that they helped prepare.
I love our men's classes as it's great fun to see men enjoy themselves in an environment that is potentially a bit 'off-limits' to them. There is a kind of 'safety in numbers' mentality about it all.
Barbecuing tends to have the same effect. Anyone who has seen a group of men huddled - beers in hand - around a grilling slab of meat knows that men tend to feel very much in their element around a barbecue.
The following recipes are some of my favourites to make when firing up the Barbie. Print them, hand them over to the men you love and watch them happily take charge.
