A New Leaf

After the eating and drinking marathon that often goes along with December festivities, the arrival of January can come as a welcome relief. We take stock of the year gone by, optimistically sketch out resolutions for the year ahead and focus on reversing some of the damage done to our liver and waistlines.
To help smooth the passage from Christmas overdosing to a lean and mean January, here are a few of my favourite tea recipes. Whether you succeed in your New Year's overhaul or crash and burn by February, a brewed pot of these teas can be enjoyed, guilt-free.
