Hello Sunshine!
It was snowing by October. We had 3 inches in February. As a truly lousy winter finally comes to an end - throw food miles to the wind and invite some sunshine into your kitchen.
When the weather outside is cold and miserable, sometimes the best way to rebel is to make something that reminds us of sunnier climes.
During this long winter of unprecedented cold temperatures and snowfall in London, these are some of the things I’ve been making to help remind myself that eventually with a little patience, the longer days of summer will come again.
