The Vegas strip’s newest resort may be the baby of the bunch, but it’s not keeping things small. With ten restaurants, nearly 3,000 rooms and a 100,000 square foot casino this is a seriously grown-up affair. Visitors can also make the most of three pools; there’s the desert-inspired Bamboo Pool for chilled-out pilates and spa treatments under the topsy turvy umbrellas, and multilevel Boulevard Pool perfect for socializing with its stage, movie marquee and amazing views. Our pick, the Day Club Pool, is an extension of the 17th floor’s Marquee nightclub (from the guys behind Tao and Lavo) featuring two main pools, Grand Cabanas with infinity pools and three-floor Bungalow lofts with rooftop pools and decks for partying. Opened in December 2010, this is currently the place to see and be seen in Vegas.
