15th Anniversary of the London Art Fair

Okay, let me guess, last year you left the Art Fair feeling less than inspired. I know the feeling.

STOP - brush aside the baggage and start again.

In years past, the show's new talent section hasn't received the space or the TLC that it properly needs to shine. This year however, START's been pulled out of the corner and into the limelight. Tipped to be the hot ticket of the fair, this contemporary section will include selected works from progressive London art galleries like Whitechapel, the Serpentine, South London and Space Studios.

In addition to placing a greater emphasis on emerging talent, the art world's dynamic duo, Sasha Craddock and David Risley, have been recruited to resuscitate life back into the exhibition. If there's any two capable of such a feat, it's definitely this pair. Responsible for last year’s celebrated Bloomberg exhibition series, Craddock and Risley know a thing or two about curating compelling exhibitions.

And in keeping with the theme of celebrating fifteen years, these boys have also put together an exhibition championing British artwork from 1988 to present day. Works from collectable names like David Hockney, Jane Goodwin, Garry Fabian Miller and James Aldridge will all be present.

Since fusion is the buzzword of the art world, the boys will be subscribing to the equation of cool café + cool music = cool show. An Art Cafe, with music spun by resident DJs from the Record Club, will be open to entertain and refuel the dehydrated patrons.
