We trust you’ve seen news of the £1.3 billion transformation of Olympia, but have you had a chance to look around yet? One of the largest regeneration projects globally, Olympia is now home to world-class dining and entertainment, has partnerships with leading institutions like the Design Museum and BRIT School, and, importantly, is centrally located and extremely connected with its own underground, overground and National Rail station at Kensington (Olympia).
There’s so much to do there – we’ve outlined some of the highlights, including concerts at the shiny new British Airways ARC and a staycation idea at the on-site five-star Hyatt Regency London Olympia hotel.

 | | | | | Restaurants and Bars | | Unique to Olympia venues | | Take the escalator up to Emberton Walk, the pedestrian-only street at Olympia, and you’ll be greeted by two floors of ‘unique to Olympia’ restaurants and bars, and a rooftop with incredible views. Bustling from day to night, there are eight different concepts operated by the Incipio Group including the stylish Wolves of Tokyo (Japanese), Lillie’s (British small plates), Bar Arriba (Mexican-inspired), and Arbour, a quicker option with four different outlets: Whammy Burgers, The Rambler (farm-to-fork), Fry Baby (gourmet fried chicken), and Café Mondo.
At Pillar Hall, the D3 Collective operates three venues including Idalia, a buzzy all-day restaurant; Pepperbird, a speakeasy that has low lights and great cocktails and is open Thursday-Saturday; and, opening spring ’27, a chic 500+ capacity hospitality and banqueting venue.
The latest opening is Juno, a grand, all-day Italian restaurant housed in a Grade II listed building on Olympia Way.

 | | | | | | The Home that Heatherwick Studio and SPPARC Built | | Dynamic duo | | | This was a big job! Heatherwick Studio and SPPARC have jointly reimagined the iconic 140-year-old venue. Key elements include a striking glass canopy that covers the rooftop dining destination, an elevated pedestrian street, an 83m digital screen called ‘The Canvas’, some of the largest wrap-around office terraces in London, and a dramatic central escalator and staircase. The forward-thinking design is fitting for this all-new Olympia, which brings music, entertainment, restaurants, bars, and open public spaces together in one destination.
