Onefinestay (owned by Accor, the group that does The Hoxton, SLS, Mondrian, etc) really makes sense for all parties. Homeowners get a reputable agency that will manage rentals; the agency gets a roster of handpicked properties across the globe that they service like a hotel and rent to discerning clients; and clients get a personalised, trusted, hassle free service from start to finish, with 24/7 concierge assistance on the ground.

The Villas
In case you don’t know, renting a villa in Ibiza is a minefield. Very few first-timers realise how big the island is; that security is an issue; that getting taxis to your villa is not straightforward (many are down dirt roads with no street signs); and, of course, there’s online scams.

Onefinestay meticulously selects villas and homes of all sizes for their portfolio. Their Balearic collection has everything from 2-bed to large villas in key locations across the island. View their selection of Ibiza villas here.

Spotlight: Los Amigos Villa, Sant Llorenc
The six-bed Los Amigos villa (featured) is the perfect mix of California and Balearic; mid-century, one-story Palm Springs vibes with Balearic whites and linens. Poured concrete keeps it contemporary and a glass back keeps it light. They have straw accents, which have become ubiquitous in so many Med hotels, but it somehow feels fresh here.

The onefinestay Service
Never been to Ibiza with your family in August but think you might like it? Speak to their concierge team first; they might direct you elsewhere. Need a car but haven’t driven in awhile? They might suggest one of their day-to-night drivers instead. Want a chef, hiking guide, boat, wine tasting, cooking course, pilates, spa, PT, babysitter, makeup… we could go on. Ask and you shall receive from their vetted local contacts. For more on their services, visit their page.

Highlights
With hotel prices on the rise in Ibiza, if you’re a group, renting a villa is a smart choice. Trying local restaurants is great, of course, but the ease of dining at home, with food that is prepared by one of the island’s top chefs (and based on your requests), truly feels luxe. Having a driver on hand at all times – if you book this – definitely makes travel easier, too.

Anything Else
Here’s their Ibiza guide (note La Granja is now closed). A sample three day itinerary from them included semi-private flights with Aero, dinner at Nobu Ibiza Bay, hiking in Portinax with walkingibiza, lunch at Jondal, drinks at ME Ibiza, a Formentera boat day with lunch at Juan y Andrea, and a villa dinner with fresh seafood.
