Russell Norman welcomes renowned Venetian restaurant Alle Testiere to London for a Polpetto residency on the 12th and 13th June. Escape Soho’s hustle and bustle for the back streets of Venice, as Alle Testiere bring their fresh-from-the-market concept from the Rialto to Billingsgate. Polpetto’s menu will focus heavily on fresh, raw ingredients; think spider crab with herb salad, John Dory with herbs, citrus and pink peppercorn, and a traditional Venetian dessert.
