Ben Murphy, head chef at Launceston Place, has revealed the first details behind his Behind the Pass series of dinners. Celebrating the gamut of style and technique in contemporary British cooking, Ben has invited in Sat Bains, Florence Knight, Rowley Leigh and Nicholas Balfe to each collaborate on a menu determined by the seasonal produce available on the day. We love the idea of sampling what some of the industry’s best-respected names do when they step away from their own kitchens – bring on the experiments!
