There’s a LOT going on at Coal Drops Yard in the coming weeks, so we thought we’d pull out a few of our highlights. With Coal Office, Bodega Rita’s and the new Harts Group openings (Barrafina, Plaza/Casa Pastor and The Drop), you’re spoiled for choice eats-wise, and there’s Aesop, COS, Cubitts, Paul Smith, MHL and far more for all your retail-based needs. But there’s more! They’re hosting a series of free events, too.
1st November, 6-9pm: First Night
CDY residents Spiritland host the First Night opening party with Benji B (and a very special guest) – plus each store will be hosting drinks and events too. More here.. Whilst there, be one of the first to check out the festive light installations from Studio Meika Meijer, and the new exhibition of THE FACE covers on Lewis Cubitt square – both ongoing until next year.
2nd-4th November, 10am-8pm: First Weekender
Festival vibes are incoming for this all-dayer, as NTS and Honest Jon host a street party, Spiritland will be re-playing the opening night sets alongside a laster show, STORE are hosting creative workshops, and FaceGym are offering free 10-minute taster sessions of their facial workouts.
