Award-winning chef Aaron Turner from Igni in Australia, takes part in the next instalment of The Guest Series at Lyle’s. In the nine months after he opened Igni in 2016, Aaron (previously at Loam) he’s won Chef of The Year at The Age Food Guide awards and the restaurant has been named Victoria’s best regional restaurant, so we’re expecting big things at The Guest Series.. Pick between five or eight courses and then trust the chef with the menu – each table gets something different!
