For the next instalment of The Guest Series, Lyle’s are flying in Pam Yung from Brooklyn. She’ll be cooking with head chef James Lowe and his team on Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th August. Having fallen into a pastry obsession by chance in Detroit, Yung has now worked in Europe with El Cellar de Can Roce and In De Wulf, as well as setting up a pastry program at NYC pizza institution ISA. It was here that she found her passion for bread-baking, which will be on show across Wednesday and Thursday night with sweet-savoury dishes she’ll be making with James.
