For two weeks this August, Hackney’s Legs will play host to Snackbar, with Seb Myers and Freddie Janssen taking over from chef and owner Magnus Reid. You’ll find the duo’s classic flavour pairings such as lobster roll and lovage crisps, pot sticks and eel broth, or wild pea and lardo tostada. Alongside dinner service Wednesday to Saturday, they’ll be serving brunch on Saturdays and Sunday during the takeover- what are you waiting for?
