This year’s Rib Festival takes place at The Blues Kitchen in Brixton, where they’ll be turning the restaurant into a meat-eaters paradise for The Big Smoke- a 3-night BBQ extravaganza. Neil Rankin, Wayne Mueller and DJ BBQ will each take a turn at firing up their own signature ribs on two custom built smokers, set for 300 portions each night. And there’ll be plenty of options to wash it down with, as there will be over 100 rare and vintage Bourbons available to pair with each meat, alongside cocktails and local craft ales.
