The Cinnamon Club’s Guest Suppers

The Cinnamon Club’s Vivek Singh teams up with four stellar chefs for a series of guest suppers; The Frog’s Adam Handling, Texture’s Aggi Sverrisson, José Pizarro and Mark Hix. Each of the four dinners will reflect the featured chef’s signature style through five courses, with wine pairings from the Cinnamon Club’s sommelier Laurent Chaniac.

12th June – Adam Handling; sample dishes include duck and coconut spring roll, tandoori smoked saddle of lamb, cheese doughnut.

21st June – Aggi Sverrisson; sample dishes include Icelandic gravlax, king crab, coconut and lemongrass, and tandoori pigeon leg roll with sweetcorn, bacon popcorn and watercress.

19th July – José Pizarro; sample dishes include cumin and chilli octopus, oregano and paprika crusted lamb neck fillet, and cinnamon crema catalana.

18th September – Mark Hix; sample dishes include smoked escalope of venison with black lentils and pomegranate raita, cured salmon carpaccio and game and fish collar.
