We’re already card-carrying fans of Holly Chaves’ Wine & Rind stand at Holcombe Market, so news that she’s hosting a cheese barbecue won’t take much persuasion for us to attend… Holly has teamed up with Five Miles for a one-off takeover featuring a cheese-tactic BBQ menu (we didn’t know we needed cacio e pepe BBQ baked potatoes in our lives but now we do). There’ll be BBQ’d camembert and gorgonzola ice cream sundaes, as well as a showcase of local N15 fare from Glenroy’s Hot Sauce and Tottenham Textiles.
