Roganic, Noma, Per Se – Sandia Chang has got some serious credentials. And as the sommelier at bubbledogs and their now two Michelin-starred Kitchen Table, we’re knew she’d have a few insider tips on what we should be drinking, and where, this autumn.

What should we be drinking for autumn?
Wines from the Savoie. They are perfect to go along with those alpine cheeses whilst sitting in front of a fire.

Which other women should we be watching out for in the hospitality industry?
Leah Kirkland from Trinity oozes passion for this industry. Joanne Searley, Operation Director for JKS Restaurants, is also one to watch.

Where do you go to celebrate?
My husband James and I always pick a foodie destination and make a weekend out of it just drinking and eating. For his last birthday, we went to Barcelona and pretty much ate and drank for three days straight.

Where’s your favourite place for a drink?
Sager + Wilde on Hackney Road, I love it there.

What’s your all time favourite restaurant in London?
Andrew Edmunds. It’s so cozy, the food is always super seasonal and humble and the wine list is the best kept secret in London. Plus… I can bring my dog Paxo.
