What is your happiest LFW moment?
Back stage at the Gareth Pugh show in Camden a couple of seasons ago watching make-up artist Alex Box apply gloss on the faces of all the models to create a Lee Bowery out-of-this world moment.

And the moment you'd prefer to forget?
Completely missing the Giles Deacon show.

What's the biggest challenge of your job?
Securing editorial for up-and-coming designers. Most newspapers and magazines need to ensure that their readers will have heard of their work so you're up against big fashion houses and not least, the murky world of celebrity endorsement!

What would surprise people about your role at LFW?
While you're thriving on the adrenalin, making contact with your fashion heroes, seeing some amazing shows and associating with the odd member of Royalty, you do have to be firm with people who try-it-on. It can feel quite surreal.

What are you looking forward to seeing most at On|Off this season?
Gardem Paris.

What is your happiest LFW moment?
Pretty much all of it. I love working during LFW. It’s impossible to know what'll happen next and that's the most exciting part.

And the moment you'd prefer to forget?
The occasional rude person, there just isn't any need for it, though thankfully they're pretty rare.

What's the biggest challenge of your job?
Probably the little things that can’t be planned for, the tiny hiccoughs that happen five minutes before a show is due to start.

What would surprise people about your role at LFW?
I have to be up and in work by 6am and just how unglamorous things are behind the scenes.

What are you looking forward to seeing most at On|Off this season?
I always enjoy Aimee McWilliams’ show but am looking forward to seeing Robert Cary-Williams this season as well.
