    Ever thought you could do better than the professionals? Well, now’s the time to prove it. Camden-based micro-distillery HALF HITCH open their doors to the public on 1st December and invite you to create your very own bespoke Christmas gin. Discover how botanical elements and innovative techniques are used to create London’s favourite spirit, and most importantly, take your creation home for a nightcap.

  • THE FLAVOUR ROOMS AT THE SANDERSON

    After the success of their edible alcohol store on Carnaby Street, culinary wizards Smith & Sinclair return with their latest pop-up: The Flavour Rooms. Based in the Sanderson Hotel, there’s a sherbert cocktail wall, alcoholic sherbert dip-dabs, edible perfume, and the brand’s signature boozy pastille sweets. The pop-up will run alongside a bespoke bar in the hotel, which serves ever-so-slightly more conventional cocktails. Imagine Charlie’s Chocolate Factory but with more alcohol.

    The Pret Christmas Sandwich is here, the Starbucks red cup has arrived, there’s no denying it – the festive season is upon us. With that in mind, Dirty Martini present their new line-up of seasonal cocktails, with a range of eclectic tastes including the gingerbread-tinged Mince Chai, a quince and walnut Old Fashioned, and the tangy, Tanqueray gin-doused Christmas Cheer.
