London is By Chloe’s first foray into Europe, and the cult Manhattan fast casual chain is already proving to be a blockbuster. Entirely vegan and focusing on a plant-based menu, this is a different take on meat-free. Proven favourites of taco bowls, burgers and cookies are all here, as well as some ‘London by Chloe’ dishes including fish and chips and sticky toffee pudding, and ingenious ingredients including shiitake bacon, almond parmesan and tempeh burgers will likely be much imitated across London’s burgeoning vegan scene. Meanwhile, interiors stick to bright, light neons, swinging chairs and potted plants. Get in early at lunchtime to grab a chair by the window – perfect for some Instagram action.
